It was rather difficult to pick my top 5 favorites from the Old Gringo Women's Cowboy boots lineup for 2010 - there are some absolutely gorgeous styles - some that actually made me swoon!  :D 

Now - just to be clear, these favorites are not necessarily the best selling women's Old Gringo Boots, but are strictly the ones that stand out to me the most to be very stylin' - while also being quite elegant.  Boots that I would consider just about any lady would be proud to wear.

So - here are the Fashion Fiend top 5 picks of Old Gringo Women's Cowboy Boots:

1.  Lucky Old Gringo Women's Boots (shown left) - If you look at the photo - well, need I say more?  Whoooow.  And - they are available in a couple of different basic colors, both of which have gorgeous detailing and lovely contrast.

2.  Elvis Old Gringo Women's Boots (shown right) - Being a true fan of "The King" it's hard not to love these boots.  Beautifully crafted, double eagles embroidered on both the foot and shaft areas.

3.  Clarita Old Gringo Women's Boots (shown left) - These have gorgeous contrasting details, and are generally speaking some super sharp boots.  The color contrast with some metal studding along the colors makes these some of the most gorgeous boots ever.

4.  Milagros Old Gringo Women's Boots (shown right) - Here is the "always in style" cross boot look, combined with some of the most intricate detailing I've seen in a women's boot.  Gorgeous, and is a great "go with everything" boot.

5.  Celeste Old Gringo Women's Boots - What stands out to me the most about these boots is the basic contrast of aqua vs. brown leather.  The stitching is beautiful, and when viewed up close one can truly appreciate the amazing style of these babies.  :)

Durango Women's Cowboy Boots - Check out the 2010 Lineup, Ladies!

Durango Women's Crush - "Dusk to Dawn"

Any of the boots from the 2010 collection of Durango Women's Cowboy Boots would be enough to do any lady proud this year -- there are some styles that I would call "to die for" - and they are priced quite a bit lower than some other brands, making them a bit more affordable.  (I like that part.)

Here is a look into what you can find this year from the Durango Women's Cowboy Boots:

Durango Women's Crush Shoe Boot

Durango Crush Shoe Boots (shown right) - I love these.  They have a very sharp look, have "gores" (elastic on the inside of the vamp) to make them easy to put on and take off.  There are a few different looks in this lineup - some simpler, some more detailed.  All of them lovely, and versatile enough to go with just about anything.

Durango Women's Crush Boots

Durango Crush Boots - This is a rather loaded subject, since there are quite a few different variations of the Crush boot (including the shoe boot - above).  However, I can say this - wow.  I love the detailing on these boots, and they are not only nice looking, but trendy enough for even the "city gals" out there - not just us western lovers.

Durango Women's Slouch Boot

Durango Women's Slouch Boots - There is a boot that actually bears the name "Slouch" in it's title, but there are some boots from the Crush line (and I believe others if memory serves) that have a slouch style.  Very very cute - Did I say they are cute?  They are.  :)

Durango Women's Harness Boot

Durango Women's Harness Boots - Here is another unique look, and are just as stylish as any classic harness boot out there.  Nicer price tag than most tho.  :)

Lucchese Women's Cowboy Boots - What's "Hot" for 2010

Oh, ladies, if you are at all fans of Lucchese women's cowboy boots, you are going to loooooooooove what is in store for you this year of 2010.  There are some gorgeous collections, colors, et al to choose from.

Here's the scoop:

Hottest Collection:  The 1883 Lucchese women's cowboy boots appear to be the most looked for and purchased boots so far this year.  I love the general style of these, crafted after the original boots made by Lucchese way back in (you guessed it) 1883.  A rather amazing lineup - so many boots that it would be difficult to list them all out, some with more elaborate leathers, some with gorgeous colors.

Hottest Specific Color:  Black is the most looked for color in the women's Lucchese collection (although various shades of brown might be the hottest selling).  There are some rather sleek looks, some striking color combinations and in general they are some of the most elegant boots I have ever seen.

Most looked for material:  Mad Dog (goat) appears to be the most looked for leather in the various collections.  It has a naturally weathered appearance about it, and when "turned into" a boot, has a gorgeous casual look - perhaps the most stylish footwear ever to wear with jeans.

Fashion Fiend Favorite:  It was difficult to sift through all of the various collections, colors, etc., but I finally was able to land on a favorite - that would be the GB9289 boot for women from the Classics collection (in top left photo).  Although there were many Lucchese women's cowboy boots that stood out to me as "must haves" - this one I could honestly say, could possibly make me lose some sleep!  :D

Lucky Brand Women's Cowboy Boots - List for Spring 2010

Not long ago I wrote about Lucky Brand Women's Cowboy Boots, but I thought it might helpful to have an updated list of what can be found coming into Spring of 2010 - especially since I am in "western boot mode" these days!  :)

Alright - here we go...

Lucky Brand Camian Boot

1.  New style to mention - The Lucky Camian Boot - Here is a lovely and very stylish - and unmistakably cowgirl style boot.  It has two color combination options (as of this writing) and has a gorgeous layered look.

Lucky Brand Holly Cowboy Boots

2.  Lucky Holly Boot - This boot really is something else - and I mean that in a good way!  I love the "patchy" look that is provided with the multiple colors.  (My own favorite is the Aloe/Rust combination, shown in photo here.)  The colors are so unique and there is no other pattern even similar to it out there - at least that I have seen!

3.  Number 3 in the lineup, Lucky Brand Chantel (shown in photo top left)- This boot is still going strong and in fact the color selection has expanded a great deal since I last wrote about these boots.  Yes, they are still as cute as a button, and likely are still the hottest selling footwear for women from Lucky Brand.  But - here is the question:  "How many of these boots can a girl fit in the closet?"  :)

Alright - well although that list seems a bit short, I am sure that coming into the next months or year or so we will be graced with more Lucky Brand Women's Cowboy Boots!  They're certainly a hard bunch to pass up!

Ariat Women's Cowboy Boots - What's Up for 2010

Ariat Women's Cowboy Boots - "Rodeobaby"

If you would like to take a peek at what are the most loved for 2010 among the Ariat Women's Cowboy Boots lineup, then here is what is in store for you:

Hottest seller:  Women's Ariat Heritage Roper - This Ariat women's cowboy boot is a classic Roper style, and is known for it's easy, comfortable wear and is possibly "the perfect" riding boot based on a number of women's standards.  There are some lovely colors available for this year!

The "Babies" from Ariat - Many, many women are familiar with the Fatbaby collection from Ariat - some very cute boots, and quite comfortable.  Also due to their screaming popularity they are available this year in even more colors and different looks.  Here is a list of what I have found among the "Baby" lineup this year - all of them fun and quite cute:

Women's Ariat Dixie Boot

Fashion Fiend Favorite - The women's Ariat cowboy boots for 2010 that are a top favorite this year on The Fashion Fiend are the Ariat Women's Dixie Boots.  I have a true penchant for "just the right amount of details" - and these boots certainly do fit the bill.  They have some subtle stitching about the top of the boot shaft and across the foot area that is just right for setting this boot apart as not only gorgeous but also quite elegant in a western style.

Edelman Gladiator Sandal - 2010 Styles for Women

For those of you who follow this blog, you will know that one of my passions is women's gladiator sandals - and the Sam Edelman gladiator sandal lineup (for this year and last) stands out to me as some of the most earthy, elegant and extremely fashionable shoes around for warm weather.

Love 'em!

On this page, I would like to introduce a few of the favorites from the Edelman Gladiator Sandal collection for 2010 - here they are:

The "Damian" (shown in top left photo) - Here is a look with elegance - yet it has a touch of an "edgy" look to it.  O Rings up the vamp along with some (rather traditional) stone embellishments make this sandal a definite favorite this year. 

Sam Edelman Daisy Sandal

The "Daisy" (shown in right photo) - Thong style sandal with gorgeous detailed beading and stones up the vamp.  Lovely.  Also - there is a zipper in the back for easy on and off.

Sam Edelman Dawson Sandal

The "Dawson" (shown in photo left) - This sandal is a unique look in the Edelman gladiator sandal lineup this year, with a definite strappy look and more intricate beading in a straight line up the vamp.  This is another style with a zipper up the back to make on and off a breeze. 

There are a few more looks to choose from in the Sam Edelman gladiator sandal collection for 2010 - and there are some top favorites that are returning from last year as well.  However, in terms of popularity and (Fashion Fiend) favorites, one of the above are sure to fit the fashion bill for many many ladies this year!

Madden Gladiator Sandal - 2010 Lineup for Ladies

One of my favorite "eye candy" brands for women's spring and summer sandals are the Madden gladiator sandal styles - they are really something to behold for 2010!

I'm going to start out by introducing my personal favorite for this season - the Steve Madden Genevvaa (shown in left photo).  This has to be one of the most unique looks available in not only the Steve Madden Gladiator Sandal lineup, but of any brands out there!  A combination of "boot", "thong" and "gladiator" set this new style apart from the rest this year!

Steve Madden Spaced Sandal

Spaced Madden Gladiator Sandal (photo right) - It's hard not to love this one.  It has a super-flair all on it's own, but would be the perfect addition to any ensemble including jeans, shorts, summer dresses and more.  It's available in some distinctly different colors and looks.

Steve Madden Devinne Sandal

Devinne Madden Gladiator Sandal (photo left) - OK, here is another favorite of mine - and it's so hard to choose!  The looks of this shoe differ greatly from color to color, style to style.  You can view them all here.

Those are my three top favorites from the Steve Madden Gladiator Sandal new styles for 2010 -- there are plenty more where those came from, and there are some "returning" styles from last year that may blow you away as well!

Gladiator Heel Shoes - 2010 Styles and Looks

From strappy to simple - but always sultry - gladiator heel shoes can completely round out almost any look for women.  Black, gold, various brands - all of them worth taking a look at!

Here is what I have found to be the hottest selling and the hottest looks for 2010 for ladies gladiator high heel shoes - here we go...

Jessica Simpson Gladiator Heel Shoes - Now here are some looks!  It seems that no one does it quite like Jessica Simpson for unique and "stand out in any crowd" styles.  Apparently the hottest gladiator in the entire collection is the Adreana (shown in left photo).

Sam Edelman Mariella Gladiator

Sam Edelman Gladiator Heel Shoes - The styles from the Sam Edelman collection are enough to make practically any woman sigh - at least I know that I do!  Sultry looks of a heel combined with classic style make Edelman one of the top choices in women's gladiator shoes for 2010.

BCBGeneration Gladiator Heel Shoes

BCBGeneration Gladiator Heel Shoes - I love some of the new looks for the gladiator style women's shoes this year.  In particular, the Abbina caught my eye - and is irresistible in all of it's available colors.

Black, Gold, Strappy, Simple - Gladiator Heel Sandals and Shoes for women coming into the spring and summer seasons of 2010 are enough to make any woman happy!

Knee High Gladiator Sandals 2010

This year (2010) there appears to be quite a calling for knee high gladiator sandals for both women and men - with the popularity of the women's versions taking the lead.

I am a bit surprised, however, to find that there are not quite as many high gladiator sandals that would meet the apparent demand, but there is one new style that particularly struck my fancy - and some returning gorgeous styles from last year.  (And - it wouldn't surprise me at all if more new styles are released as we get further into the warmer weather season.)

Here's the scoop...

The Joie Warwick Gladiator Sandal (shown left) is a new high sandal this year, and is a real show-stopper!  Thick multiple straps across the foot and up the leg not only look great, they provide a great fit.

Type Z Noteworthy Gladiator

Type Z Noteworthy Gladiator (shown right) - This sandal is a "carryover" from last year, and has a great look.  It features a 16" shaft height and seems to be one of the more worn knee high gladiator sandals around.

Ed Hardy Patent Maximus Gladiator

Ed Hardy Patent Maximus Gladiator (shown left) - Here is a gorgeous gladiator "boot" sandal, complete with what one might expect from Ed Hardy - plenty of bold color and unique looks.  It is available in a few different colors with some distinct differences in design for each color.  This was a hot seller in 2009 and is back for another round in 2010.


Those are my highlights ladies - lots of looks to be had with these knee high gladiator sandals for 2010 - and I believe that there will be more on the way...

We're back again for another season of warm weather - and again it's time to take a look at the Women's Gladiator Shoes lineup for 2010!  There are a few brands I will highlight here on this post - one of them being much of a surprise to me and I am admittedly a bit late on catching on to it!

Here are some very hot looks this year - new popular looks and styles for women's gladiator sandals for 2010:

1.  Nike Gladiator Shoes for Women - Hello!  This was the surprise that I mentioned above.  I had not ever imagined that a sports shoe company would come out with such a rockin', stylish look - but they certainly have!  Believe it or not, these shoes have quite a sultry look about them when on - much more so than one might think simply by looking at a photo of them (when they're not actually on feet).  Available in quite a number of colors as well.

2.  Madden Gladiator Sandal (Lineup for 2010) - Yes, Steve Madden has not disappointed us gladiator shoes lovers for 2010 - there are some rather amazing styles to choose from.  Some of the styles that I have swooned over include the Genevvaa, Spaced and the Devinne.  (Sigh.)  Love 'em - and there are plenty more where those came from.

3.  Edelman Gladiator Sandal (Lineup for 2010) - Although I was not able to locate as many new styles in the Edelman Gladiator lineup for this spring, there are some really gorgeous choices.  Styles such as the Divine, Daisy and Dawson are not lacking in "strappy" - with a ton of style.
