Oh my (sigh). These boots literally make me say, "Oh yeah." =) Without a doubt they caught my eye when I first saw them, but when I also found out that there are made with great care and are quite comfortable they became a "must have".

For any lady who loves a bit of an edge with her look or likes the look of a "rock and roll" boot, the Woodstock Minnetonka boot is perfect. Soft suede uppers, leather lacing and beads to boot. And - I love the long length of the fringe that comes from the top of the boot. In short - gorgeous and they may just be the best "jeans boots" ever.

I loooooove the looks of the Minnetonka Ankle Boot styles for women! Some of them are a bit edgy, some with a more traditional moccasin ankle boot style, but none of them are short of looks - or comfort.

If you are looking for a great comfort boot or moccasin, ankle boots from Minnetonka are great - and they're priced to fit a tight budget as well.

• Tramper (shown in left photo) - The hottest seller, and very cute with a lace up style and fringe about the ankle. 
• Hi Top Back Zip - My personal favorite - it has fringe around the ankle with braiding and metal detailing as well.  Stylin'!

• Sheepskin Ankle Boot - Yummy comfort.  According to consumer reviews these are worn as slippers as often as they are worn as boots - or perhaps even more for "stay at home" purposes.  However they cuff over or can be worn straight up and are (as their name states) functional as a boot as well.
• Back Zipper Boot - Similiar to the Minnetonka Hi Top Back Zip, but a simpler "model".  =)  They are a traditional moccasin look and are some of the lightest and most comfy footwear around.

About the Minnetonka Zipper Boot Styles:

When one shops for the "Minnetonka Zipper boot", that person may or may not know that there are by definition a few different styles to choose from that fall into this category. 

The first of these is shown on the photo on the left (and is first among the styles listed from stores above) -- that is the Minnetonka Back Zip Hi Top boot.  This is one of the most fashionable moccasin boots I've seen with braiding and metal embellishments above the braiding. 

The next style is a more traditional "Minntonka look" -- the Back Zipper Minnetonka Ankle boot (shown right).  Fun and stylish, priced right -- and the perfect choice to go with jeans.  (For ladies who like the feel of barefoot, you might want to give these a close look since they're about as close to barefoot as one can get!)

The third style to mention is the Minnetonka Arbor Knit Ankle Boot (shown left).  Although these are not moccasins, they still bear a moccasin style stitching that is gorgeous and have a knit and suede upper with a fold over cuff.  Zipper is on the side for this style, and is a sweet look for a casual fall or winter ankle boot.
