Green Chuck Taylor® Double Upper - I've seen the color shades and mixes on these vary. One of the sharpest pairs I've seen have a white contrasting upper below the top upper. Very sweet look, and are available for around $45-$50, sometimes less.

You can also find Green Chuck Taylor® for kids, toddlers and infants too, in both the Hi Top and Lo/Ox version.
